04Why LetFlow

Six commitments we keep, on every project.

We're a small team. We say no often. The work below is what we say yes to, and what we hold ourselves to from the first call through the last release.

Custom, not configured

Every project is shaped to your life or business. No themes, no templates — we draw it out together and build it for you.

Reliable by construction

We choose boring, durable tooling that will work in five years: typed code, static where possible, audited dependencies.

Privacy-conscious

Your data lives in places you control. Where AI is used, it's scoped, reviewable, and never trained on your content.

Fast iteration

A working prototype in week one. Weekly demos, frank conversations, and design that improves out in the open.

Integrated systems

Websites, internal tools, and assistants are designed as one connected whole — so the pieces don't fight each other.

Quietly modern

We use modern tools (Next.js, Tailwind, modern AI) without making the work feel like a demo. The craft stays in front.

05How we work

Four steps, no theatre.

Most projects run six to twelve weeks. You'll have a single point of contact, a working URL by Friday of week one, and clear costs at every step.

A note on AI
AI shows up where it earns its place — drafting, summarising, searching. We never let it ship without a human reading it first.
01
Discuss
A free first conversation. We learn what you're trying to make and whether we're a good fit.

02
Prototype
A working draft in your hands within a week. Real flows, real type, real interactions — not slides.
Week 1
03
Refine
Weekly demos and frank feedback. We tune the small things until the whole thing feels right.

04
Deploy
We ship to production carefully, handle the boring infrastructure, and stay close after launch.

A note from the studio
Lina · founder

We started LetFlow to build the kind of digital things we wanted for our own families and studios — calm, careful, and clearly made by humans.

If that sounds like the work you'd like done — write to us.
